Information we receive
The estimate form collects your name, email, phone number, residential or commercial inquiry type, selected service, project description, and optional preferred dates. The initial form does not request a street address, budget, or photographs.
For security and operations, the website may record limited technical information such as request time, a keyed representation of an IP address for rate limiting, landing path, referring host, and campaign identifiers. It does not store a full IP address in estimate records.
How information is used
We use submitted information to review and respond to requests, communicate about possible work, administer the website, prevent abuse, and maintain records related to the inquiry.
Email delivery
The database is the system of record. Your request is saved before notification emails are attempted. Email-delivery state is recorded so an administrator can retry only eligible failed deliveries.
Analytics and advertising
Analytics or advertising integrations remain disabled unless valid identifiers are configured and the corresponding feature is explicitly enabled. The estimate form itself does not send personal contact fields to analytics.
Sharing and retention
Information may be available to the small set of authorized administrators and service providers needed to operate communications, hosting, and qualified project coordination. We do not describe website-submitted information as being sold. Records are retained as reasonably needed for business, legal, security, and operational purposes.
